Enjoy The Many Marvelous Natural Attractions In New Mexico
Did you know that New Mexico was one of the last territories to become a state? Is it a state that you’ve had the chance to visit? New Mexico is full of so many great cities, such as Albuquerque, Las Cruces, Rio Rancho, Sante Fe, Roswell and Alamagordo. There are others, and another thing you will find quite a lot of in the state is national forests. There is Carson National Forest, Cibola National Forest, Lincoln National Forest and three others. So what else are you going to be able to explore while traveling around this great state?
Simply looking at the names of national forests isn’t going to do them justice. You need to know what all you will find there. One way to do that is by looking at what the parks service protects. For example, there is the Aztec Ruins National Monument and Carlsbad Caverns National Park. That list of places to visit, considering you’re going around the entire state, is enough to do. However, let’s take a look at a more diverse group of attractions all over the state.
There is the White Sands National Monument in Alamagordo, and it’s the top ranked attraction in the entire state. Then there is the Sante Fe Opera House, and you can guess where that is located of course. The Millicent Rogers Museum in Taos looks like a really neat and different type of place. Riverbend Hot Springs looks like a great attraction to see, and it’s located in Truth or Consequences. It was mentioned that the attractions would be diversified from here on out. Well, they are, but it is unbelievable how much of what there is to do in the state deals with nature.
If you’re a nature buff and enjoy studying history, this is your vacation destination. You don’t just have one city to explore. You have tons of cities, an entire state, a state that welcomes you and your family to have the best time ever. Tourism is a big part of the economy in New Mexico, and you can see why. They state has so many protected areas.
Take a ton of pictures because that’s the type of trip this is going to be. And while you’re out there exploring all the natural attractions, remember that there are amusement parks and other fun things to do as well. You can do whatever it is you want to do.

Here Are The Top Three Restaurants In Several New Mexico Cities
How many states in the US have you visited? If New Mexico isn’t one of them, you’re missing out. The cities, landscape, attractions and everything you find there are just amazing. For starters, many of the attractions are either historical landmarks or national forests and monuments. The state features a huge collection of these types of attractions, and it is something else looking at all the choices. Speaking of choices, you’re going to have to know where to eat while traveling around the state. So let’s talk about some of the top restaurants in the different cities throughout the state of New Mexico.
Sante Fe is one of the great cities you might visit. What are some of the top restaurants there? For each city mentioned, you’re going to be given the top three establishments. For Sante Fe, they are Sazon, which is said to be a culinary adventure, Geronimo and Palacio Cafe. Palacio Cafe is said to be very small, and it literally looks like one of those hole in the wall restaurants. For it to be ranked the #3 best restaurant in the state, you can imagine it has to be good.
Now let’s look at the city of Albuquerque. Three of the top restaurants you need to check out there include Antiquity Restaurant, Artichoke Cafe and the Golden Crown Bakery. The next city stop is Taos. Two out of the three top ranked restaurants in Taos are establishments that serve up Mexican cuisine. That is going to be tasty! The restaurants are La Cueva Cafe, Bella’s Mexican Grill and Lambert’s.
Now let’s move on to Roswell. Roswell, New Mexico is a place known for things that are a little different. If you don’t believe me, start there. I’ve been there before on my way to Colorado. Roswell’s top three restaurants aren’t what you would expect anywhere else. There is Big D’s Downtown Dive, Chef Toddzilla’s Mobile Cuisine and Cattle Baron Steak & Seafood on Main.
What city would you like to visit next? Let’s look at the top three restaurants in Gallup. Badlands Grill is #1, Jerry’s Cafe is #2 and then #3 is Genaro’s.
